VALTSU

The man behind the drag artist VALTSU is an international award winning professional dancer and choreographer from Finland. He is e.g. a multiple champion at the Finnish Championship for disco and show dance and has taken second in the disco & show dance World Championships, as well as placed several times in the finals. Now he has taken his successful career in dancing and performing to a whole new level with high heels as VALTSU - the blond, fierce, flirty and exotic creature from the North.

VALTSU creates cutting edge shows with strong technical dance, high quality entertainment, and outstanding couture looks. He performs regularly as a special guest in shows e.g. in New York, and is well known drag artist in Helsinki. VALTSU has won several times the longest running 'Star Search' drag competition in New York City, and is the winner of the 'Drag Show Artist' competition held in Finland.

The man behind VALTSU has acquired his versatile dance education from Laine Theatre Arts and PineApple in London, Broadway Dance Center in New York, Miami City Ballet, Balettakademien Stockholm, and Tanssivintti and StepUp Dance Schools in Helsinki. He has danced in numerous productions in over 30 countries, and collaborated with frontline artists and brands such as Adidas, Adrienne Fishe, Coca Cola Company, Cutrin, Deborah Cox, Diesel, DJ Bobo, EJay Day, Finlandia Vodka, Goldwell, Helena Paparizou, Ice Peak, K2, Levi's, Nokia, Princessa, Puma, Ricky Martin, Royal Caribbean Singers and Dancers, Schwarzkopf, Teri Ann Linn, Terry Lavell, Tony&Guy, Universal, and Warner.
